My little cousin Leta had the opportunity to compete in this years Miss Utah Pagent. Leta was representing Miss Tonga Utah and the Pacific Islander community. Leta was perfect for this she is talented,beautiful,smart and has a heart of gold I love this girl sooo much.
Leta chose Kuuipos little girl Kalena to be her little Miss so she got to learn some dances and follow Leta throughout the week. She got to dance every night on stage at Capitol Theatre and escort Leta on evening gown night Kalena was sooo cute to watch she smiled and waived to the audiance and I was so happy!
They had a busy week from tea parties,shoe contests, rehearsals and then 4 nights of the pagent.
Leta did very well and looked sooo beautiful on stage and personally I think she was the only one with rhythm during their dance lol....
Way to go Kalena and Leta what an opportunity to be on stage in front of so many people and get to do the things you love the most.
