Happy B-day to the cutest little 2 year old we know! Little Ms. Nicea my sisters baby turned 2 this month and had an Elmo Birthday! She is a a doll and we enjoy being around her. Nicea loves to drink soda and play with our dog Capone and makes us laugh till our bellys hurt she is such a sweet little gal! Happy Birthday Nicea
